This Fire Watch Log Sheet(s) is to be maintained at the facility until the re-establishment of the fire alarm service; at which time this sheet is to be submitted to the Fire Marshal at the Sanibel Fire & Rescue District, 2351 Palm Ridge Road, Sanibel, FL. 33972, or through email at LWilliams@SanibelFire.com.

The State of Florida requires a new Certificate of Occupancy to be issued when an existing building changes its use or occupancy type. All Changes in Occupancy or Use types requires that you complete a Certificate of Occupancy Permit Application and receive approval even if no alterations are being done.

Please download the file below, fill it out and bring it with you to our Station 171 on Palm Ridge Rd.
