This Fire Watch Log Sheet(s) is to be maintained at the facility until the re-establishment of the fire alarm service; at which time this sheet is to be submitted to the Fire Marshal at the Sanibel Fire & Rescue District, 2351 Palm Ridge Road, Sanibel, FL. 33972, or through email at LWilliams@SanibelFire.com.

The log must be available to the Sanibel Fire & Rescue District at all times during the fire watch.
